I went to Ippudo a year or two ago and it was a super memorable evening but I am kicking myself for not having had a hirata bun–darn.

that place is SO GOOD. I never get tired of going there. I <3 their miso ramen bowl and their agedashi tofu is incredibly good too. I like Ippudo more than any other ramen I’ve tried in the city, though momofuku is pretty tasty.

I love when the food is worth the wait. The hirata bun looks delicious!
