		<description><![CDATA[I think you might want to try the cream cheese dough from the Mad Hungry cookbook (I&#039;ll email it to you). That&#039;s what I used for the chicken pot pie HAND PIES and it&#039;s SUPER elastic and stretchy.

Also I wonder if you need to do something to the applesauce to compensate for it being baked. i.e., sweet apples = don&#039;t make great pies but tart apples = become glorious in pie. so maybe applesauce that is great as applesauce needs to be changed up a little to be great once reused in a pie? add some spices or blend in a few fresh tart apples or something?]]></description>
