It’s the best way cos then you have intense flavour (if you can taste it!!) and the magical powers that heal any maladie :)

Not very popular with many but i swear on using ‘neti-pot’ with saline solution to help with clearing up sinuses during cold… and chicken soup and tea with honey as you did.
