wine, cheese, and computers
Here’s what we’re doing this evening . . .
Note the bottle of honey, to drizzle over the blue cheese. There’s nothing better than your sweetie, your new laptop, a bottle of tempranillo, and blue cheese + honey.

Ahhhh. The good life.

That is very much what Anthony and I look like often. We are computer geeks. We also like wine and cheese.
Ooh! Ooh! I got a new macbook too. We can chat with the scary camera thing!
Is one of you Jewish? If so, l’shanah tovah! If not…errr, just enjoy the honey, I guess!
Umm. Maybe I should tell you that sometimes Matt and I instant message each other when we’re sitting side by side in bed with our laptops.
Hey – do you live in west Philly?? I went to grad school at Penn. I see you went to Bryn Mawr. I joke that my son goes there now (he’s in kindergarten at Shipley). I just found your blog and just poked around a little so I don’t know if you ever talk about yourself, but, just wanted to say “hi neighbor!” and maybe I’ll see you knitting somewhere sometime, if you ever knit in the Chestnut Hill/Lafayette Hill/Conshohocken/Bryn Mawr/Ardmore areas :)

Cheese and honey on bread is my favorite mid-shift snack at work, the only thing I miss is the wine! Sounds like a great evening.
Cheese and wine is one my favorite weekend activities with my husband. And thanks for the Pod review, just for me! I think we’ll skip it – doesn’t sound worth the trip for us.
I am a chianti girl, but my Mister is a cheese boy. I am not sure he has ever had blue cheese with honey. It sounds good, so I am sure he will thank you…
You guys are so cute…
Hey – I think we have the same dining room table! Is yours just shy of being perfect for 4, pale pine, frosted glass insert? I got mine second hand from a friend of a friend and I’ve always been curious where it was purchased – can you clear up the mystery!?
(BTW – cheese and wine dinners are the BEST – add a bowl of spicy olives and I’m there!)
That is my kind of Friday night — and, of course, some knitting involved :)
This looks like a fabulous night in. I love it.
