eye candy friday: nyc, baby
Check out my future life in New York!
My new digs:
And some New York sights:
The ubiquitous dogwalker!
A woman wearing a store-bought sweater that was like a long-sleeve Orangina (done at a much smaller gauge). Yes, more stealth photography while walking behind someone. It’s a bad shot, but if you click on it and peer verrry closely, you might see the resemblance to the pattern.
And not really a New York thing, but it’s the first time I’ve seen the pomegranate flavor, so I bought a bottle with Ashley in mind. It was yummy!

Surfacing to say HEE! I love that I’m synonymous with Izze. The new place looks great–I love the architectural details over the windows.
Lovin’ the stealth photography. It does look like Orangina.

New apt is pretty! and the clandestine photos are too funny – you are like a *knit spy* :)
So jealous! Congrats, again!

I’m delurking to say how inspiring you are! I’ve been reading your blog for several months now and am just so impressed with your attitude of moving to a new city (and New York at that!) Kind of makes me want a new start.
I adore the Pomatomus socks you’ve just finished. Beautiful color and I loved how you knit them so the scales mirror each other. You rock!
Congrats on the new digs! Glad things are moving along for you.
By the way, I’m having a horrible time with spam on my blog. Would you mind telling me what plug in you use for the verification in your comments? It’s one of the best I’ve seen. Thanks!
The stealth photography is awesome. I do stuff like that all the time. I actually bumped into someone on purpose once so I could check out if her sweater was cashmere or acrylic (highly trained fingers here!).
I was in New York all day on Sunday–I wish I knew where you were, I would have rung your doorbell and looked at your pretty new apartment, sat knitted with you and took you to the nearest Starbucks!
How about that 3 hour parade down 5th avenue!!?!!?!?!
