eye candy friday
Fall skies are the prettiest.
And for those who are interested, my mom started her own blog, about their new lives in Singapore. Plus, she just finished the Babette blanket!

A beautiful picture!
I agree. But I think the whole feeling of fall would be great…if it actually felt like fall…
Breathtaking!!!
This photo is amazing, E. I gasped when I saw it!
Your mom’s blog went right to my Bloglines – I am so happy to see that she is keeping one. I can’t wait to see and hear more about their new home…
Very beautiful sky. I agree. There is something about the sky this time of year that makes it so lovely to watch.
holy crap, your mom’s blanket is AMAZING. Pattern please?
oh wow, breathtaking photo!
What a gorgeous shot! I’m so ready for crisp, cool days and toasty warm sweaters. :)
it doesn’t want to cool off here, still at high 70ies. It’s gorgeous photo!
How exciting, fellow singapourean blogger Vanessa of coloursknits is visiting her parents there now =) I hear it’s always hot in there and I bet it will be a nice vacation for you to take once your parents are settled down.
Looks pretty but when do I get to break out my new sweaters? I never know what to put on in the morning anymore!
Ooh, terrific shot. I do love that blue that you only get in the fall.
that’s a beautiful photo. i agree, nothing like the light in october.
and that’s cool that your mom has a blog. i’ll be sure to peak in.
That picture is inspiring! It makes me ask myself what I have against autumn in the first place, then I come home from work while it quickly darkens, and I remember why….
Love that your Mum has a blog!!
Exquisite photo. I love that the only color visible is that brilliant blue.
Can I visit? :)
This brought me out of lurkerdom — I’ve read you for a while, Erin, but, being knitblogless, never commented — till I saw that your parents (who are adorable) are now stationed in Singapore! I’m going back in November for my biennial visit, and — and here’s where I come up empty — I’d like to say I’d love to meet them, except that that might be kind of stalkery, seeing as how I haven’t met *you* and we live in the same town! I’ll settle for saying I hope they have an awesome time, which it sounds like they are. And maybe I’ll make it out to a SitnKnit someday and meet you. (I’ve only made it to one, since I work late most weekdays and weekends are almost always no-gos for me.)
So let’s terminate and summarize this stalker comment with a wave, an official hi-I’m-reading, and best wishes to you, your parents, and both your blogs. :-) Yay!
Just left a comment on your parents’ blog… I’ve been lurking on here for a while and have absolutely fallen in love with the Bainbridge Scarf pattern you’ve so generously given us readers.
Anyway, I thought it was rather cool that your parents are now from the country I was born and raised in!! Amazing!!! Such a small world!
