All this week has been about satisfying my every food craving. Monday–homemade scones; Tuesday–a Subway sub; Wednesday–Japanese rice in tofu pockets; Thursday–fried dumplings; and Friday–a BLT with avocado. YUM.

That looks seriously amazing. I never thought I’d miss bacon when I went vegetarian, but that picture has changed my mind. *wanders off looking for veggie bacon*

“Everything all together” definitely looks the best. So simple, but YUM. Everytime (ok, almost everytime) I see an avocado, I remember my utter shock at moving from southern california out to Connecticut and learning what other people pay for avocados. Holy shennanigans.

I loooooove BLTs – I totally OD on them in the summer when I have homegrown tomatoes. Did I ever tell you I made that chocolate cake for my 29th birthday party? It ROCKED like nobody’s business.
