When working the pattern from the chart, odd-numbered rows are knit.
I’d, uh, well, actually, um, I’d have a pair of socks. Anastasia Socks, that is.
Redoing the socks was an excellent decision. I reduced the number of stitches, which makes the pattern open up more, I nixed the pattern into the toe, and I cleaned up the cuff. I tried to use up an entire skein, but I still have a few rows’ worth leftover, so I’m going to take out the cuff and lengthen the socks a bit, but I’ve already started the second sock.
A detour is a choice between two tasks, each with its own pros and cons. In this Detour, teams must decide between two grueling choices: Frog It, or Knit It?
In Frog It, teams will take out the single sock (Minty-titled “Anastasia sock”)* they’ve completed.
